Spur gear slew drive adopts a transmission structure consisting of internal/external gear rings matched with pinions, replacing the single rotating structure of traditional slewing bearings. It features an integrated design of torque transmission and rotary support, with a compact structure, small installation space and high integration. It can be directly adapted to the rotating mechanisms of various equipment, greatly simplifying overall equipment design and assembly.
To meet the load, precision and speed requirements of different applications, LDB has developed three core standardized spur gear slew drive series. We also provide non-standard customization with diameters ranging from 150mm to 4000mm, covering light, medium and heavy-duty working conditions:
SG-I Series Spur Gear Slew Drive
Features a compact design. By replacing the traditional slewing bearing with an “internal/external gear + pinion” structure, it minimizes installation space. It is ideal for light and medium-load equipment with high integration demands and can be seamlessly integrated with existing modules, making it the preferred choice for automatic assembly stations and light material handling equipment.
SG-M Series Spur Gear Slew Drive
Core advantages: high load capacity and precision motion control, with stable transmission. It enables accurate rotary positioning under medium loads, suitable for equipment requiring both precision and load-bearing performance, such as large robotic arms, stackers and photovoltaic trackers.
SG-H Series Spur Gear Slew Drive
Adopts a spur gear tangential transmission structure with high torque transmission efficiency and precise rotary control. It can withstand heavy loads and large overturning moments, suitable for heavy construction machinery including cranes, excavators, earthmoving machinery and heavy-duty mining equipment, ensuring stable transmission even in harsh working conditions.
In addition to standardized series, LDB spur gear slew drives support full-customized development.
